GIBRALTER HOUSE - Gibraltar house is a Georgian terraced house, 100 yards back from, and above the sea wall, enjoying fabulous sea and estuary views. One one hand is the Percuil River and yacht anchorage; across the water is St Anthony's Head (National Trust) and to the west approaches to the Fal and Carrick Roads.

NEW LODGE ST MAWES - The house is situated on Tredenham Road, which separates New Lodge from the beach to which there is slipway access for dinghies and sail boards. Bathing and sailing are quite safe in the warm waters of the bay.
