Overlooking Carne Beach on the Roseland Peninsula, the Nare hotel has a spectular cliff top position. A four star hotel, the Nare has 36 rooms and maintains a 'Country House' charm. The majority of the rooms on offer have either a balcony or patio and are extremely spacious.

Families are well catered for at the Nare with activities for children and there is an outside swimming pool. The Nare Hotel aslo operates a 22' Cornish crabber, Magie O'Nare, available to their guests.

The Hotel combines the highest standard of service with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Head Chef at the Hotel, Malcolm Sparks, creates excellent Table d'hote Menus of traditional English Fare. Specialities are Portloe lobster, crab and seafood from local waters.

Directions:
By RoadThe M5 motorway Motorway to Exeter and the A30 to the South West brings The Nare Cornish hotel within convenient driving time from London and the Midlands. From the M5 motorway motorway at Exeter, proceed to Junction 31, branch left to leave the Motorway and join the A30, signposted Okehampton. Continue on the A30 for approximately 60 miles.At the end of the Bodmin dual carriageway do not turn off the A30 for St Austell and Eden but continue along the new section of carriageway bypassing Victoria, past the Newquay turnoff. Once over the brow of the hill take a discreet turnoff left off A30 (handbrake required!) onto B3275 (previously A39) following signs for Ladock.

This takes you under then over the dual carriageway. Continue straight through Ladock. 2 miles beyond Ladock turn right towards Truro and shortly afterwards (by Mercedes-Benz Garage) turn left towards St. Austell. After approximately 1 mile turn right onto A3078 towards TregonySt. Mawes. Stay on A3078, over Tregony bridge and after 1 miles turn left (immediately after Jet garage) signposted Veryan.Continue straight through Veryan village leaving the New Inn on your left, then 1 mile beyond down to the sea and The Nare Cornish hotel.For those approaching from St. Austell, take the A390, do not go to Truro.

Approximately 5 miles from St. Austell take the B3287 for Tregony then at the bottom of Tregony take the A3078 for St. Mawes. Follow this road for 1 miles then take the first left (immediately after Jet garage) signposted Veryan. Continue straight through Veryan village leaving the New Inn on your left, then 1 mile beyond down to the sea and The Nare Cornish hotel.
