Hir Kemmyns is a luxury sea view bed & breakfast in beautiful St Mawes. We have two light and airy guest rooms, both enjoying fabulous river and sea views, and each with their own south-facing patio for guests to sit out. Both rooms have en suite bathrooms, and access to a communal area with drink making facilities and a fridge. Homemade continental breakfast is served in our dining room or on the terrace when weather permits. We offer free guest parking and an overnight electric car charger.
